We are not accepting any Soonercare or Medicaid type insurance at this time. 

We accept patients from 8am to 4pm Monday through Thursday. Friday 8am to 11:45pm.

Please do not use this service for:

• Scheduling an appointment
• Concern for an illness that has been ongoing for days or weeks and has not suddenly worsened
• Questions about dosing of acetaminophen or ibuprofen
• Calls minutes before our office opens for regular business hours
• Non-urgent concerns

There are three options for requesting a prescription refill:

1. You can call your pharmacy and they can request a refill electronically or by fax.
2. You can request a refill by your child's patient portal.
3. You can call the office and speak to our staff and request a refill.

You can print them directly form your patient portal or, if you sign a medical release form, your child's records can be printed for you.

We accept most commercial insurance plans. We take American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We are able to arrange payment plans as needed.

If possible, please have all medical forms completed. Bring a copy of your most current insurance card. We will need your current address for billing purposes. Please be prepared to provide your copay at checkout.
